1. The subscription fee is billed in advance on a monthly basis by BMTI GmbH. The report will be delivered as long as sufficient payments have been received.
2. On week days a copy of the BMTI Report will be sent to us daily via internet as an attached document (Adobe Acrobat PDF). We shall notify BMTI GmbH within one day if any copy fails to arrive.
3. BMTI GmbH is the sole owner of the copyright of the BMTI Report. Prior arrangements will be made in writing should we wish to copy, re-distribute or forward the BMTI Report in full or in part by any means (e.g. for affiliates, subsidaries, etc.). BMTI reserves the right to sue for loss or damage resulting from the illegal distribution or forwarding of the BMTI Report.
4. Payment: by Swift transfer

Discount: For advance payment we would like to receive an additional discount of

8% (half-yearly)

10% (yearly)

5. At least one month's notice prior to the end of the prepaid term is required in order to cancel our subscription, otherwise the subscription will be automatically renewed.
